  Lunch on Easter Sunday at Flutes was disappointing to say the least. Prompt service upon seating was followed by a complete lack of service after meals were ordered. This meant we had empty wine glasses with our main and our plates sat in front of us until we got up and paid at the counter. Not what you expect from an expensive winery restaurant. The seafood platter was cold, pre prepared food, dry and without sauces. A real shame. Perhaps just the Easter crowds.

  Consistently excellent flavours from some real French chefs. While a bit pricy, it's a great place to sit back on the deck and look out over the dam with a well paired wine to enjoy with your slow burn tasting plate.

  Nice for a fancy place. Aircon needs improving for the summer months. Food service and ambiance is fair for the price.
