  We "Trusted the Chef", and as a result had an amazing lunch! All 4 courses (as well as the bread and palette cleansing sorbet) were divine. When booking we advised that one person was a vegetarian, and additionally that we had a couple of disliked foods. None of this appeared to be too much trouble (or they hid their annoyance very well). Service was good, and knowledge of the chefs creations was excellent. For such a lovely venue, we only wish the kids menu could have a couple more selections for the more adventurous eater. Despite being a weekday winters lunch, restaurant was surprisingly busy. Would definitely recommend making a reservation, especially during the peak tourist seasons. Can't wait to visit again!

  Awesome wine and great food, totally recommend Chefs selection of four courses.... I was lucky to go on weekdays less crowded than weekend, food is amazing, fresh and service is attentive

  Went their yesterday for lunch beautiful place and nice wine. However the food for the price was not worth it. The mains were tiny. I got the duck which tasted good but only got 2 tiny slithers with some berries and was $42! The beef rump was also just 2 small bits of meat on a plate with nothing else on the side and was $45! Highly disappointed as we have been their before and had a lovely normal sized meal - wouldn't go back.
